1. Use of the App
PupWalk helps you track dog walks, manage dog profiles, view walking stats, and set walking goals. You may use the app for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality
- Abuse the service by submitting excessive or automated requests
- Share your account credentials with others
2. Accounts
You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings.
3. User-Entered Data
Walk data in PupWalk is entered or recorded via the device by you. You are responsible for keeping your entries accurate.
4. Free and Premium Plans
PupWalk offers a free tier (daily walk logging, basic map) and a Premium subscription ($2.99/month or $24.99/year) with route history, weather log, and co-owner sharing.
- Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies
5. Intellectual Property
PupWalk and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DJUMP, MB. Your walk and dog data remains yours.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PupWalk is a tracking tool and does not provide veterinary or health advice for your pets.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are subject to the courts of Klaipėda, Lithuania.
